Laura Schoorl makes sandals and bags in her Oakland, California studio. She started a clothing collection this fall of wool and leather garments. 

All the leather from her FW14 collection is sourced from a sustainable tannery in upstate NY. The wool is sourced from remnant rolls from domestic wool mills. The felt garments from her collection are made from local wool felted at a wool mill near the coast. 

Laura also runs an organic cotton underwear company named PANSY.
